shipment to be on its way to you.
For live rock and coral orders, if you did not
already let us know the major airport that
is closest to you, please do so now so we can
make all the necessary arrangements for you.
Note ... if you have ordered limestone base rock,
your order will be shipped directly to your door,
but we would like to have your phone number just
in case we have any questions regarding your order.
After we are able to determine the best airline
for your destination (based on flight availability,
and other factors), we will make a booking for you,
if one is necessary. We will then e-mail you to
let you know the scheduled arrival date of your
order, as well as all the airline information you
will need in order to pick up your shipment.
If you did not type in your phone number in
the "notes" section while you were placing
your order, please send it to us in an e-mail
or call us with it. Your phone number is
needed to properly process your order and
we cannot accept your order without it.
We do not share any personal information with
any other parties, but your address and
phone number will be noted on your
shipping papers with the airline, as required.
